Important information
Collection of packages: 1-3 days prior to departure. Delivery and collection of packages abroad: 1-2 days prior to the scheduled return trip, or on the day.
We will notify you about the exact date and timing of the collection and delivery via text message. Please find the departure schedules on our Website. We retain the right to make changes to the schedule.
Please print the Bill of Lading received from us and place it onto your parcel.
There are four important things to mention regarding our services:
Please make sure that you are available on your mobile phone so we can reach you at the time of collection/delivery, so that our colleague is able to send you the relevant text message.
2. PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Cash on dispatch
- Cash on receipt
- By bank transfer in advance
- Payment by credit card
Note: in the case of prepayment, the freight charges must be credited to our bank account before we can deliver the shipment to the recipient.
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept DKK in cash.
3. HOW TO PACK YOUR PARCEL
Please read the Packing Tips available on our Website, and follow our guidance when preparing your parcel in order to assist our staff members in their work.
4. If, for any reason, you did not receive any other message from us (other than this one), and it is 1-2 days prior to the planned departure, please give us a call.
