Loading Assistance
The base fee covers door-to-door delivery of shipments weighing up to 50 kg. Any loading assistance beyond this is considered a separate service.

DELIVERY AND LOADING ASSISTANCE
The base fee covers door-to-door delivery of a shipment weighing up to 50 kg. Any loading assistance beyond this is considered a separate service.
If the shipment cannot be safely moved by one person, the Customer must provide a second person, or a separate loading service must be ordered.
If the Customer handles the loading and unloading themselves, no loading assistance fee will be charged.
A loading assistance fee will be charged specifically in the following cases:
- if the total weight of the shipment to be delivered exceeds 50 kg
- if any single package or item weighs more than 30 kg
- if the driver’s assistance is required to move an item that cannot be safely moved by one person (e.g., a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dresser, sofa, or other large furniture), regardless of whether the second person is provided by the Customer or the Carrier.
The fee for the driver’s assistance with loading is 6,000 HUF per instance, which includes up to 30 minutes of loading assistance.
For loading that exceeds 30 minutes, the fee is 12,000 HUF per hour, charged in half-hour increments.
All prices listed above include 30 minutes of loading time.
For lightweight cargo (e.g. foam rubber),
the fees will be charged based on volumetric weight
using the formula: W (cm) x L (cm) x H (cm) / 6,000 = volumetric weight (kg).
